
一、个人简历
代倩,讲师,博士。现任williamhill英国通信工程系专任教师。中国光学学会会员。目前发表一作SCI学术论文9篇,EI-JA论文1篇;主持市厅级科研项目1项;主持并完成省科技厅项目1项;主持与企业的横向合作项目2项;完成和参与国家发明专利4项。应用研发的重点研究领域为III-V族宽禁带半导体材料的表征分析及器件制备。
1、教学情况
长期从事通信工程专业课程教学,主讲课程主要有:电磁场与微波技术,通信电子电路,Digital Electronics I (数字电子技术)等,参与主编教材1部《通信电子电路》;主持教改项目1项。
2、主要研究方向:
AlGaN材料生长、AlGaN基LED结构设计

中国光学学会会员。
